3. Product Description & Purity

All products are supplied as lyophilised powder for research use only. Purity levels are as stated on each product listing and are verified by third-party testing. We make no warranties regarding fitness for any particular research purpose. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT/BST) on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

6. Shipping

We ship within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Alpha Aminos Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch.

7. Returns & Refunds

Disclaimer

We do not process refunds while a dispute or chargeback is open with any payment processor. Customers must withdraw and fully resolve any disputes before a return or refund will be considered.

Eligibility For Returns

Unopened Products: Due to the perishable nature of our products, prolonged shipping can compromise their quality and integrity. For this reason, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase has been made. The only exception is if a product arrives damaged or defective, in which case an exchange may be requested. All claims are subject to review to verify the reported condition.

Opened Products (Damaged or Defective): If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll offer a full refund or replacement.

Adverse Reactions: All products are for research purposes only. These returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All Other Reasons: Customers are responsible for return shipping.
